The Mary Wayte Pool Schedule

The Mary Wayte Pool is a valuable community resource with many activities happening throughout the day almost every day of the year. We have provided you with multiple links to see what activities are happening at the pool.

Each specific event calendar will take you to the schedule of that activity. These activities are available to the public to attend with a paid fee. There may be times that space is limited due to other activities happening in the pool. Click on “Tap Here” to see scheduled lane restrictions.

The All Events calendar will show you all the events that we have happening at the Mary Wayte Pool.

Attending Public Events at Mary Wayte Pool:

We offer lap swimming, family swimming, water walking, shallow water aerobics, deep water aerobics, and masters conditioning all available to the public for a fee. Advanced bookings are not necessary. Please bring a debit or credit card for payment if you do not have a card on file with us.

Please note that lessons and group activities, during public times, are not allowed at Mary Wayte Pool without advanced reservations. We will need to ensure pool space availability, verify proper certifications, gather insurance information, and complete necessary paperwork.

The pool will be closed to observe the following holidays:

New Year’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Black Friday, Christmas Day.
We will close at 2 pm on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve.

Inclement Weather Operations
In the event of inclement weather, including snow, ice, slush and freezing rain, Mary Wayte Pool will typically operate on the same schedule as the Mercer Island School District. If the district cancels school and programs for the day, Mary Wayte Pool will most likely do the same. If the Mercer Island School district is delayed, Mary Wayte Pool may delay opening so that the streets can be cleared. We will update our schedule to keep everyone informed.
