Lap Swim
Lane lines divide the pool for slow, medium and fast swimmers. Circle swimming is often required. Young adults and strong youths are welcome with the approval of the lifeguard. Senior Swim is available during the week.
Family Swim
This is a great time for families and kids to practice swimming together. For their safety and enjoyment, children under 6 should be accompanied by an adult in the water.
Aquatics Exercise Courses
Water Exercise is an instructed 60-minute drop-in, exercise program designed to increase flexibility and range of motion during an aerobic workout (shallow and deep water classes available). This is a great class for any level. Please, no children under 14.
Pool Parties (Private or Corporate)
The pool is available for private, guarded rentals. Renters receive exclusive use of the pool for the hour(s) they have reserved. Private rentals are great for birthday parties, youth groups, Scouts or any interested group. Pool rentals are available on Saturday after 9:00 am and Sunday afternoon after 2:30 pm following our public swim. Rent your space by the hour or try one of our exciting party packages. Party Packages Pizza Party Package $235
With this package you get the pool for an hour, the water walk way for up to 35 people in the water. You also get the party room for one hour, & two large pizzas, all with one phone call—parties have never been simpler. Book your party today. Additional pizzas available.
Movie Party Package $300
With this package you get the pool for two hours, the movie projector and sound system, up to 35 people in the water and the party room for an hour afterwards. Bring the movie of your choice and pool staff will set up the rest! Movie parties must start after 6 pm due to daylight hours.
Rental Fees 1 - 35 people in the water $150.00/hour 35 - 75 $250.00/hour Party Room $50.00/hour Water Walk Way $45.00/hour

Renter Expectations & Responsibilities
Payment for the rental is due in full at the time of registration. Rental contract and Expectations must be signed before the renter can use the rented area. The lifeguard in charge must go over the general pool rules before renters will be allowed in the water. Set up and take down of party supplies must be done within the rented time. Any damage to the facility caused by the renter will be repaired at OCA’s discretion and billed to the renter.
Credit and Refund Policy:
*Cancellations 7 days prior full refund
*Cancellations between 2 and 6 days prior are subject to a 30% cancellation fee.
*Cancellations within 48 hours of the rental are subject to a 90% cancellation fee.

All OCA facility rules apply during rentals, including but not limited to:
- Adult Supervision: Children under six (6) years of age or under 48” in height must be directly supervised by an adult in the water and be within arms distance at all times.
- Non-swimmers cannot go beyond shoulder depth water. All children between the ages of 6 – 12 must take a swim test to swim in the deep end of the pool. Staff may ask anyone in the pool in perform a swim test before using the diving board or deep water area.
- Children age 12 and under wearing lifejackets must stay within arms reach at all times of a responsible adult and in the shallow end of the pool.
